Frying Insert Basket tips (frying tips)

With these Frying Insert Basket tips (frying tips) you can save costs on frying.

Save costs with these frying tips

1. Products
Select the products on your menu with care. The quality and type of product affect how long the frying fat will last, among other things.

2. Frying
Take your steel frying basket out of the oil when you are not frying. This ensures that the entire basket is not left sitting in the fat and that the steel basket does not need to be replaced as quickly. Adjust the frying temperature to a maximum of 180 degrees or lower.

3. Deep fryer
It is also recommended to close the deep fryer when it is not in use. Also regularly clean the deep fryer to avoid needing replacement quickly. You could boil out the deep fryer with baking soda once every three months.

Using the Frying Insert Basket

We of course recommend that you use a Frying Insert Basket at all times. With a Frying Insert Basket, you always remove frying residues or crumbs from the fat early on, so that they no longer float around in the fat and burn in your deep fryer or steel frying basket. This makes the frying much healthier and, moreover, the fat remains much cleaner, so that the point at which you should change the frying fat can be considerably postponed. This leads to a substantial net saving on frying fat on an annual basis! In addition to these Frying Insert Basket tips, also view all other benefits of the Frying Insert Basket.
