Manual Frying Insert Basket

ESPECIALLY WITH THE CURRENT SOARING ENERGY PRICES, BE SURE TO SAVE A LOT OF MONEY WITH THE FRYING INSERT BASKET!!

In this manual Frying Insert Basket, we would like to give you a few pointers on how to best handle your Frying Insert Basket and when the Frying Insert Basket needs to be replaced.

1. Cleaning the Frying Insert Basket

Only clean the frying insert crumb filter when necessary. This will extend its service life. Cleaning entails rinsing the filter with hot water only. Make sure that you let the filter dry thoroughly before you place it back in the steel frying basket.

The Frying Insert Basket must NOT be cleaned in the DISHWASHER. Also, do not use chemicals to clean the filter.

Try to regularly remove the crumb/dirt with a blunt object. Never use a sharp object for this. This can damage the filter. Carefully remove the Frying Insert Basket from the steel frying basket to minimize damage to the corners.

2. Replacing the Frying Insert Basket

After an average of 1700 hours of use, the Frying Insert Basket should be replaced. This is equivalent to approximately 6 months of use in a fast-food establishment.

A worn-out Frying Insert Basket can be recognized by, among other things, the burning in of the crumb into the filter. The frying basket also needs to be replaced when you notice that the filter is sagging.
